Help America Vote Act
The close of registration for the June 5, 2012,
Presidential Primary Election is
Monday - May 21, 2012.
In order to vote in this election, the voter must be
registered to vote in the jurisdiction/district on or before 15 days prior to
the Election.
A registered voter who has moved from one address to
another within the county and who has not reregistered to vote at the new
address may, at the polling place at which he or she current residence address,
or at the office of the County Elections official. The voter shall vote a
provisional ballot and be reregistered at the place of voting for future
elections
