The Elections Division is responsible for voter registration, administration of all Federal, State and Local elections conducted in accordance with the California Elections Code within the County of Ventura, and the maintenance of related official records. Functions include: candidate nominations; initiative and referendum petitions; arguments and rebuttals for ballot measures; candidate campaign statements and disclosure reports; Sample Ballot and Vote by mail Ballot mailings; management and staffing of polling places; vote tabulation and results certification.

La División de Elecciones es responsable por la inscripción de votantes, la administración de todas las elecciones Federales, Estatales y Locales llevadas acabo en el Condado de Ventura en acuerdo con el Código de Elecciones de California, y el mantenimiento de documentos oficiales relacionados.
