The County Clerk Division issues marriage licenses; fictitious business name filings; notary public oaths and bonds; power of attorney filings for surety insurers; registers process servers, unlawful detainer assistants and Legal document assistant registration; administers humane and deputy county officer appointments and oaths; certifies Foreign Translation documents.

Forms are also available through the County Clerk's Office for registering a Declaration of Domestic Partnership or Termination of Domestic Partnership
