The County Clerk Division issues Marriage License; Fictitious Business Name filings; Notary Public oaths and bonds; power of attorney filings for surety insurers; registers process servers, unlawful detainer assistants and Legal Document Assistant; administers humane and deputy county officer appointments and oaths; certifies Foreign Translation documents.
Forms are also available through the County Clerk’s Office for registering a Declaration of Domestic Partnership or Termination Domestic Partnership.
